Valentina Pope is a South Florida native with an expertise for curating luxury events and experiences. Valentina is an expert in networking and client relations which proves to be a valuable asset in business and personal life. After graduating early from the University of Miami with a degree in PR, she got her start working with Rolls Royce as an events coordinator. She then went on to secure a full time position with 305 Ventures, a prominent venture capital fund in Miami, where she manages high profile events such as Miami Tech Week, Formula 1 Grand Prix, and Art Basel Opening Events. She also runs her own events and staffing agency called VIP MIAMI, curating private luxury experiences for clients.

With an extensive background in both creative and digital campaigns, Caitlin Holt is a powerhouse when it comes to marketing. After graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Caitlin had the opportunity to work for two world-class marketing agencies. She managed million dollar campaigns for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Equifax and USA Today. In 2019, she went on to create her own agency, and eventually partnered with Valentina Pope to found VIP Miami.
